Warranty Processing
We provide your dealership with weekly processing of warranty claims. We review and correct coding and prepare claims for DCS. Warranty schedules and credit memos are reviewed. This service is provided for a minimum of one full day (8 hours).
Warranty Audits
We provide your dealership with a complete one day review of warranty processing from start to scrap. All areas are reviewed for proper processing and maximum productivity and profitability. Upon the completion of the review, we provide a presentation of our findings in a workshop style format.
Warranty Reconciliation or "Clean-Up"
The processing of old and aging warranty claims or clean-up" of any outstanding claims is very important to recover revenue. Not only do your outstanding claims represent profit, but may go over aged and be subject to write offs.
