Service Sales Training Seminars/Workshops

We offer in-house service sales training seminars to increase service sales dollars, increase profit margin, and improve CSI. The seminar include a workbook for each of your service consultants and all reference materials. The seminar is broken down into four sections:

Customer Basics--

The ABC’s of first greeting and handling the customer at the service desk. We cover all of the small things that make the difference between good and bad customer relations.


Handling Customer Problems--

We discuss how to handle the irate or problem customer at the service desk. Numerous methods to relieve stress for both the customer and the advisor are presented.


Sales Tactics--

Have your service sales person evolve from order taker to a salesperson. We will teach them how to "up sell" the profit making maintenance services the vehicle needs.


Warranty Procedures--

We will train your staff to understand the basics of warranty procedures, methods, and coverage's. They will be instructed into how to have repair orders comply with Factory Policies
